“On behalf of Lee-Anne and myself please know how much your support is appreciated. We are grieving now….very hard to function…..Gordon Sinclair is doing an article as I write and we will be setting up a vigil in memory of Buddy very soon. Mr. McDonald has requested a meeting with Lee-Anne and myself for next week….we shall see if he still wants to meet with us. The amount of e-mails that I am receiving in regards to Buddy and the horrible decision of the W.H.S. is nothing short of phenomenal. The W.H.S. is losing MANY supporters according to the e-mails I am receiving. We will keep everyone posted and hope that you will attend the vigil when we have it organized. Buddy will not have died in vain……this is not over….there NEEDS to be a change in the W.H.S. and there “policies”. Thank you again for your support.”

This is all too familiar a story when it comes to the WHS. It’s because of stories such as this that I DO NOT ever support the WHS. When they all seeking donations,I simply tell them “sorry,but we only support no-kill shelters”they usually are quick to hang up on me. The humane society lacks any humanity at all and I will continue to encourage any and everyone I know not to support them,and hopefully in due time,that building and organization will cease to exist.
